　　Well，as you know,! giving and asking for advice is a common occurrence and humanity among all cultures. Father gives his son advice about his future planning, teachers to students on their study, friends pick each others brains on emotional issues and so on. This shows how much care we have as a human being to our own kind. Every now and then ,I give a piece of advice, whenever someone asks for it. I'd like to talk about a suggestion I have given to younger brother who had troubles in selecting university.

　　Three years ago, He passed university-entrance exam with flying colors, and we were all felt excited, especially my parents who have placed a high expectation on him. It seemed that he would have a variety of options. But this also came with lengthy decision-making, including which university to go to and what major to study. He was quite confused and didn’t know what to do. Therefore he came to me and asked for my opinions as I had much experience in this field. After careful analysis of his likes and dislikes, as well as his ambitions, I advised him to go for the university which has close contact with reputable companies. In this way, he would be promised with many opportunities to have hands-on work experience even at school. My advice turned out to be very beneficial because he managed to get a job offer from Intel Corporation with a lot of perks and decent salary. It also helped to ease the financial burden of our family.

　　So far, not only himself but also my whole family was proud of him. He thanked me a lot and offered his first-month salary to show his love and gratitude for me. I am also quite delighted for this advice I have given him.
